Four days.

That's what's left before Season 3 of The Chronicles of Oscar and Amber goes live, and I want to use this Weekender differently than I have the others. Less philosophizing, more business — because there's a real decision in front of you, and I'd rather just tell you straight what it is than bury it in the back half of a post.

But first, Peyton.

If you've been following the character videos rolling out ahead of the premiere — Chad, Kim, Amber, Anna — this one's a little different. Peyton doesn't get a quiet, sympathetic monologue. She gets a car confessional. You'll know within about fifteen seconds why I filmed it that way.

I won't say much more about her than that. Watch it, and if you've ever known a Peyton, you'll understand exactly why I didn't need to write her a single line of dialogue that wasn't something a real person has said out loud to me at some point in my life.

Okay. Business.

Starting Tuesday, August 4, Season 3 works differently than Season 1 and Season 2 did.

Everything that's out there right now — all 40 episodes of Season 1 and Season 2, plus those Amber's Journal and Perspectives bonus episodes, every character page, every character video — stays free.
